On Thursday, June 7th, we will be having our program at 10am. Following the program, we will be having a pot luck picnic. It is a little early for lunch, but the students look forward to eating lunch together. Please comment to this post as to what you would like to bring. Here are some ideas of food we have brought in the past:
Fruits
Chips (and dip)
Cheeses
Desserts
Drinks
etc.
Whatever you want to bring will work!!! Thanks so much, and see you tomorrow :)
If you would like to send the students at 9am, we will be setting up and practicing our songs. If you want to wait to bring them at 10am when the program starts, that is fine, too.

- I am lucky enough to be a wife, a mother of three, and a third grade teacher at Pinecrest Academy of Nevada. I have lived in Henderson for 20 years, attending Green Valley High School, UNLV, and Sierra Nevada College. I have a degree in Liberal Arts Psychology, and received my teaching accreditation through a post-graduate program toward my Master’s Degree. I also have experience not only in CCSD teaching third grade, but also working with online schools and home schooling in first, second, and third grades. My interests include movies, camping, cooking, and reading. We have been fortunate to travel to countries such as Russia, Costa Rica, Panama, Greece, Italy, Germany, and many more. Our favorite place to visit is the Hawaiian Islands. Our family is really excited to join the Pinecrest Academy family and to participate in all that this innovative school has to offer our community.
